Shipping costs and delivery times

Our charges are based on weight of your order. Most orders are shipped by Royal Mail, but heavier items (over 2kg, which includes dolls houses and kits, train sets, models etc) have to be shipped by courier and thus incur an extra charge.

Expected Delivery Times

We normally aim to pick, pack and despatch your order within a day or two. UK deliveries will usually arrive within about 5 working days, overseas depending on destination from about 5 -14 working days.

We carry a very large amount of stock in our shop, however we are also a very busy bricks and mortar shop and from time to time we may find we have sold out of something from the shop before we've been able to adjust the stock on our website. If this is the case, we will contact you to offer alternatives or let you know when to expect your order. As many of our items are unique and made especially for us by our artisan workforce, sometimes this may take a couple of weeks.
