Sea View is a classic Victorian seaside house of the type found on many of our sea fronts. With plenty of space and detail, this house offers 6 room accommodation with a large full width balcony, and 2 dormer windows. The front and roof open.
As with all our kits, this one is beautifully detailed and finished. The house includes ‘hidden’ grooves for wiring, magnetic front opening door closures, and stair railings, banisters and newel posts.
Optional extra is the basement kit (as shown in phtograph)
